We want you to love your Clique Beauty products. Here is how returns work.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for:

  • Unopened products

  • Unused products

  • Items in original packaging

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

2. How to Start a Return

Email: hello@cliquebeauty.com

Include:

  • Order number

  • Product(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

We will provide a return authorization and instructions.

3. Refund Processing

Once inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 5 days

  • Send clear photos of the issue

We will replace or refund the item at no cost.
